Turbo-Finish and Turbo-Abrasive Machining - VIDEO
Turbo-Abrasive Machining and Finishing are new dry, high-speed spindle-finish processes for rotating parts and hardware. The processes automate finishing procedures on complex parts.  These new processes can deburr, edge-finish and produce isotropic surfaces simultaneously

Technical White Paper on Finishing for Part Performance

Dr. Michael Massarsky, President, released a statement:
(Barre, Ma. USA - January 3, 2017)  Turbo-Finish Corporation is currently involved a testing and sample processing program for  a major aerospace engine manufacturer.  Utilizing the Model TF-500 Turbo Abrasive Machining Center at our process laboratory facility in Barre, MA, we are testing discs to develop process parameters for a Turbo-Finish process to debur features on the disc.  These features have challenging burrs which have defied removal with other mechanical deburring methods.  Turbo-Finish has been used in the aerospace industry to automate the deburring of rotating hardware made from titanium, nickel alloy and other materials. This method has been used to automate the deburring and finishing of parts as small as 50mm and as large as 1200mm.
