Turbo-Finish replaces both manual finishing and spindle finish methods that use abrasive media and aqueous compounds with a dry spindle finishing method that deburrs, edge-finishes and develops isotropic surfaces very rapidly.

Dr. Michael Massarsky is shown here next to a Turbo-Finish Model TF-522 finishing machine. The Turbo-Finish process has been used on parts as small as 50mm and as large as 1200mm (48 inches) to automate the edge and surface finishing of complex rotating hardware.

Turbo-Finish is capable of producing micro-finished surfaces when sequential processes are sed with successively finer media. The Turbo-Finish machine can be used with dry abrsive media or dry polishing materials (usually a follow-up process after initial smoothing operations have been performed)
